Request "Complete/Closed" status be re-added for Live Classes on Percipio

The feature/functionality we need restored is the “Complete” status for live classes. It’s a functionality we had in Skillport, and without it, we continuously have to go back in to registrations and verify that course instructors reconciled attendance. This is a critical loss of functionality for our organization.

I’ve attached a screen shot. Currently there’s only Draft, Published, and Canceled under Class Status. We need "Complete" added.

Hi @Isabelle Dominique Ross - apologies for the delayed response

We are adding a "class state" to each class, separate from the "class status" which is to account for the content lifecycle, that will indicate if a class is not started, started, ended, or verified.  This will be based on the class dates and the completion status of the registered learners. Once all registered users in the roster have been marked Complete/Incomplete the system will automatically change the state to verified.  This will allow you to more easily view all classes that have ended but are not verified, on the main live course management page.  This status will also be added to the instructor view, so they can also easily assess which classes still need attention. Stay tuned in the next few months for this to be released.
