Marking Complete & Incomplete

Currently, once a learner is marked as Complete or Incomplete for an ILT, you cannot go in and make changes. If there were any mistakes in attendance, this leads to issues with accurate learner history.

    This is true. The only way to adjust that for an individual who was marked as incomplete is to grant a waiver/completion.

    Hi @Amanda Edelbach
    Another great suggestion!  This is on our list for future consideration.  We recently updated the some of the completion workflows within the roster, and tried to make it clear that these actions couldn't be undone. (until such time that they can be)
