SKILLSOFT CAISY™ CONVERSATION AI SIMULATOR: MEET YOUR NEW WORK BEST FRIEND

As a reminder, today, September 29, CAISY will be enabled by default for all US and Canada-based customers with Skillsoft Expert or Skillsoft Leadership Development Program (SLDP) collections. As an administrator, you may turn the feature on or off at any time from your site settings. EU-based customers and US government clients will remain off by default but will be given additional notice and turned on at a later date. 

CAISY enables learners to have simulated conversations about various business problems and receive real-time responses. Through the conversation, employees practice their skills and their ability to think on their feet to solve the problem. 

A GLIMPSE OF THE KEY BENEFITS

With CAISY, employees can hone their conversational skills with an AI-powered trainer and receive personalized feedback to guide their development. Customer service representatives, for example, can practice resolving caller concerns, or sales executives can role-play how to pitch new products effectively. Skillsoft’s Conversation AI Simulator offers organizations:
