[PERCIPIO RELEASE NOTES] HIGHLIGHTS OF WHAT'S NEW IN THE SEPTEMBER RELEASE

PROPEL YOUR ORGANIZATION AND PEOPLE TO GROW TOGETHER We continually release new features and enhancements based on your feedback and ideas. We want to share some recent additions for you here. You can review the complete list of changes in the September Release Notes. Expanding The Skills of Your Workforce IMPROVING SKILL BENCHMARKS FOR LEARNERS AND ADMINS — INCLUDING ASSIGNMENTS Skill Benchmarks allow learners to rate their level of proficiency for a particular skill. The results show how strong a learner is in that skill and where they can improve. Admins and managers can use benchmark results to see their organization's proficiency in a particular skill so they can determine where to focus their resources. To help learners take advantage of Skill Benchmarks, we made the following improvements: Learners entitled to Skill Benchmarks can now access them from the Showcase section of the library. When learners reach the Skill Benchmark page from the Showcase section, they discover all benchmarks organized by area and subject. Learners can also search for and access benchmarks, view current scores, and discover new benchmarks. To help admins gauge their organization's skill proficiencies, we made the following improvements: Admins can now add Skill Benchmarks to assignments. Admins can view a new Skills Overview Dashboard. The new dashboard gives you an aggregate view of all the skill benchmark results for the organization. The new dashboard enables you to measure your organization’s increased capability in specific skills, among other crucial benefits. Engaging Your Learners to Build a Learning Culture

INTRODUCING CUSTOM DIGITAL BADGES You can now start preparing to launch custom digital badges for your custom tracks and journeys. With this release, you can configure your Accredible site with custom text and imagery. You can also design the look and feel of your track and journey badges. In a future release, you will be able to add the custom badges to custom tracks and journeys and learners will be able to claim these custom digital badges after they complete a track or journey.

SEND CUSTOMIZED EMAILS WHEN LAUNCHING CONTENT PROMOTIONS To help drive awareness and engagement, you can now opt to email your learners as you launch content strip promotions. Add your messaging and send follow-up emails as often as you wish. You can also measure the effectiveness of your email campaign with helpful metrics. NEW MY ACHIEVEMENTS DASHBOARD IN THE PERCIPIO APP To help learners stay engaged, they can now access a My Achievement dashboard from the mobile app. As they refresh their skills and embrace new ones, this page shows the learner's progress toward their goals, the number of days spent learning in the past month, completions, certifications, and badges. If the learner hasn't set learning goals or spent time learning, they'll discover links to help them get started. Manage, Promote, and Measure Learning MEASURE LEARNING GOALS WITH THE NEW USER LISTING AND SUMMARY REPORTS The new User Listing and User Summary reports now contain five new fields to help you measure and track the effectiveness of learner goals. The five fields are Current Goal Streak, Best Goal Streak, Total Goals, Total Goals Started, and Total Goals Completed. BETA LAUNCH OF REPORTING ENHANCEMENTS To accommodate the data analytics needs of our customers, we are launching enhancements to Percipio reporting. To ensure we have it right, we are releasing first in Beta and asking for your feedback. To provide feedback, look for the Provide Feedback button on each of the new reporting pages: New Learner Activity Report: This new report allows you to customize a view by setting filters, selecting columns, and sorting and grouping your data to get the presentation you need around learner activity. Then save the view for future use. New All Reports page: The All Percipio reports page now displays in a table view, allowing you to link to the Codecademy report portal, access downloaded Percipio reports, show and hide columns, filter columns, and see customized reports. Ability to save custom reports: For the new Skillsoft report templates (Learning Activity, User Listing, and User Summary), you can select which columns of data you need, then filter, sort, and group data to suit your preference for measuring progress. You can then save the view for future use. ASSIGNMENT ENHANCEMENTS Assignments are a great way to increase adoption and drive engagement across your organization leading to an overall increase in skills and improved business results. As previously noted, you may now add Skill Benchmarks to assignments. In addition, you may now cancel assignments for individuals, apply filters to the Assignments page, download the Assignments list, add users by bulk into an assignment, and take advantage of several other improvements. Skillsoft Percipio for Compliance NEW LIBRARY EXPERIENCE — COMING SOON Percipio Compliance admins accessing the Library from the Content menu will now see an updated interface, including: Ability to search for a compliance course by title, course number, or course ID. Ability to filter the course list by asset type and language. Link to View Updated courses, which shows a newly designed page that identifies soon-to-be-updated courses. Ability to add external learning items using a newly designed interface where Delivery Method is now Content Type. Ability to Edit a course's information with a newly designed interface, including the ability to add Custom text. Ability to preview all asset types, including AICC, SCORM, and configured Skillsoft courses. Usability Enhancements NORWEGIAN AND SLOVAKIAN ARE NOW AVAILABLE AS LANGUAGE CHOICES With this release, the Percipio interface includes support for hosted custom content in Norwegian and Slovakian.
