[Percipio Release Notes] Highlights of What's New in the June Release
NEW RESOURCES TO HELP BUILD A LEARNING CULTURE
We continually release new features and enhancements based on your feedback and ideas. We want to call out a few noteworthy items for you here. You can review the complete list of changes in the June Release Notes.A MORE FLEXIBLE ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE
First-time users eager to launch assignments and explore the platform are no longer required to select the skills they're interested in learning. Later, when they're ready, they can personalize their choices from the Skills page, located under the My Profile menu, or through the new homepage banner, "Let us personalize your experience."
SHARE YOUR REPORTS
To support you in managing, promoting, and measuring learning, you can now share a downloaded report with any user in your company who has a Skillsoft Percipio account. For more information about sharing, see Share reports.
IMPROVED MULTIPLE CHOICE MULTIPLE ANSWER FEEDBACK IN COURSE TESTS
To drive engagement, when learners take a course test and answer a multiple-choice question, the answer key displays the following:
- All correct answer options are shaded in green.
- All incorrect answer options are shaded in red.
- A green check mark indicates the user's response to a particular answer option was correct.
- A red cross symbol indicates the user's response to a particular answer option was incorrect.
- Additional feedback is provided to indicate whether the learner's response to each question is correct or incorrect. This is especially useful to screen reader users who may be unable to distinguish between colors.
NEW FEATURES FOR CONFIGURING SUPPORT CONTACTS
To give more options to those owning support for Percipio, you can prevent links to Skillsoft Support (live chat, create ticket, and call us) from showing on the Percipio help page for authenticated users.
In addition, if you add an internal support contact, that person's email address now displays in email notifications instead of the link to Skillsoft Support.
ARABIC LANGUAGE SUPPORT FOR THE PERCIPIO MOBILE APP
In the ongoing effort to deliver a more personalized, engaging experience for as many learners as possible, the Percipio mobile app now fully supports Arabic.
