Beyond Content - Resources to Support your DEI Initiative

Josh Bersin told us a number of years back that "Companies that embrace diversity and inclusion in all aspect of their business statistically out perform their peers."  This is one of many reasons that Skillsoft has made Diversity, Equity and Inclusion a top priority when we are developing our content, our curriculums and our people.  We have published a number of thought pieces for you as L&D and DEI leaders over the past couple of years.  These resources are public facing, and available on our skillsoft.com site.  I thought it would be helpful to create a post that helps to round up all of the resources we have made available for you as these resources can be beneficial to your Inclusion Councils, Employee Resource Groups as well as yourselves.

Skillsoft 360 Reports - In our Skillsoft 360 reports we lean into our unique position as a global learning organization to share our observations, some predictions and a whole lot for you to consider as you and your organization continue to champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
