Discovery via the Learning Edge
Sue Orchanian
GUIDE
This has been my first full week engaging with the Learning Edge and it has been an exciting experience. My initial thought was how am I going to find the time to stay connected? It turned out to be easy.
What has worked for me is putting a task reminder in my calendar, every day, to spend 15 minutes reviewing the Learning Edge. I have found this to be extremely helpful. By doing this, I have discovered some interesting discussions and blog posts that have kept me very engaged. From there, I have reviewed the Learning Edge and found many marketing pieces that caught my attention. There is so much to find! I enjoy looking for one relevant piece of information each day that I can use or share.
One day, I decided to dive right in and try my hand at writing a blog post. It turned out to be fun. I am hoping that what I have been writing is of interest to the Learning Edge readers. Try it yourself! Think of one thing that you did that you feel others would be interested in. Did you have a good experience getting senior leadership engaged in your program? Did you get a huge increase in adoption due to a communication you sent out? Are you receiving value from your program that you want to share with others? Just a few simple thoughts will go a long way!
So whether you find a few minutes at the beginning of your day, during your lunch hour or at the end of your work week – finding time for the Learning Edge will be fun, engaging, and you will be connecting with other Skillsoft fans!

It's been 3 months since I wrote this post, and I just LOVE the Learning Edge. I have had so much fun writing different blog posts and staying connected via different discussions that are happening. If you haven't had time to explore the Learning Edge, try and make time today. You won't be sorry.0
