LEARNERS MAY NOW COMPLETE A COURSE MULTIPLE TIMES
Many clients encounter occasions when learners must complete the same course regularly to meet business requirements, such as yearly training or certification. The platform now allows learners to restart a Skillsoft course whenever they want. As an admin, you now have the option to require learners to restart a course as part of an assignment.
Please note: This feature is only currently available for Skillsoft Percipio direct customers and not integration customers.
COMING SOON: ROLE-BASED LEARNING
Learners will soon be able to add a job role to their user profile, providing them with recommendations for role-specific content. There will be over 100 job roles listed with corresponding recommendations, allowing learners to explore courses that directly align with their job roles.
WHAT YOU CAN DO TODAY
In preparation for the launch of role-based learning, a new setting in Skillsoft Percipio (now available) allows you to control what your learners experience. At launch, the platform will prompt learners to specify their job role by default. Still, if you do not want your learners to receive the prompt, you can disable the setting today by following this click-path:
Settings > Site Configuration > Site Features, then unselect Allow Percipio to collect job role from learners.
