CREATE — AND SHARE — THE RIGHT PLAYLISTS FOR THE RIGHT MOMENTS

The pandemic changed the concept of a "workplace" as a physical space forever. While the workforce has certainly realized enormous benefits to remote work, employees are still hungry to feel more connected in a virtual environment. We see this in the fact that the single most completed Aspire Journey was Virtual Work in the New Normal for the second year in a row.

COMING SOON
MULTIPLE AND SHAREABLE PLAYLISTS
With a targeted launch in late March, Skillsoft Percipio's improved playlist experience will enable your learners to organize and rearrange content however they choose, in as many playlists as they desire. To promote collaborative and social learning, your people may also share playlists with their teammates and peers as they see fit.

TWO NOTES BEFORE LAUNCH:
  • Any content saved in your learners' existing playlist will automatically move to a new list called Saved for later.
  • Not sure sharing is right for your organization? That's okay. Site admins can disable "Sharing of Content and Playlists" under Site Configuration.

TRACK ALL LEARNING EXPERIENCES IN ONE PLACE
Also targeted for launch in late March, a new enhancement will allow employees to track learning activities occurring outside of the Skillsoft Percipio platform. For example, imagine a learner attending a conference or seminar. Or perhaps one of your people completed a video-based course or read a book aligned to their strategic development goals outside of Percipio. The new functionality allows these learners to add a record of their completion to the External Learning Activity page in Percipio — enabling learners to track all learning experiences in one place. Meanwhile, admins can download a CSV to view all the external learning activities.

Not sure this new functionality is right for your organization? Site admins can disable the "Add external learning" feature through Site Settings.
