Besides the typical assignment for assigning Journeys, we are using them to assist with our online onboarding. Once created, it is very easy to update as things change in the company. We have also included videos of events to increase the personal touch.Have you seen this Learning Edge post? It's focused more on custom journeys but could be used for stock Aspire Journeys as well. It might be helpful.
We have also created Journeys as post work to live instruction. Someone much cleverer than I, created a form which asks the questions necessary to understand the learner's action plan that is sent to their hiring manager.-------------------------------------------

I've seen customers use custom learning journeys in various ways:
- To build the capability of their managers with a focus on their Phase 1: Getting Started (core values as separate tracks), Phase 2: Fundamentals (management/leadership skills), Phase 3: Extend Yourself (behavioural skills)
- On boarding First 90 Days, 6 Months, 12 Months
- Bespoke role journeys that blend technical and soft skills (Junior Consultant -> Senior Consultant -> Principal Consultant)-------------------------------------------
