Request Percipio Migration Launch Materials (Skillsoft 8i to Percipio)

We are planning our migration communications campaign to move from Skillport 8i to the new Percipio platform.

Are you willing to share your launch campaign ideas and examples? We are looking for example themes, promotional materials, communication campaigns, and swag.

Please brag on your own successes. And share some things you would advise/change based on what you learned from your launch. 

We plan to start a campaign in November with teasers and a prep to launch campaign in December for a January 1 go live.

Hi Rhea - I am sure a fellow customer will add their migrations success resources and tips shortly but I also wanted to share what I observed with a migrating customer a while back who created a whole new name for their site and program, e.g. ALEX (a learning experience) where they teased what was coming for weeks via their internal comms channels. The name was created after a staff competition about what was coming. Their marketing/comms team ere then able to create a new logo for the program, which was used as the Percipio site logo. I especially loved hearing about the launch, which the did via virtual walk throughs to help orient staff to the site.  A recording of a session was then added to Percipio and used in the promoted content banner to welcome people to Percipio. I have also seen this done well in locations where staff aren't remote & all involved snack treats with swag about Percipio onboarding and vox pops from participants who have piloted Percipio already.
