This is an excellent best practices article! There are two reports that you should use: All Content Listing by Collection, and All Content Listing by Title. These two reports have the new UX features and the most data, so you can do columns selection and sorting.

*****We plan to retire the report called All Content by Collection at the end of 2021. ******

You can also use the collection report to identify localized courses on your site.  Then target the localized audience with content that is available to them.
