One of our Employee Resources Groups is hosting discussions related to an Aspire Journey for a cohort of members. They complete a track every 4-6 weeks and discuss, and at the end they want to have a "graduation" type event. Has anyone done something like that, and can you share how you did it? They are thinking about a powerpoint where people add their badge images, or something like that. I'd love to hear ideas of what others have done to celebrate the accomplishment of completing a whole journey!0 -
We created custom journeys for our employees and at the end of the year created a video using Powtoon to spotlight those employees who completed a journey (showed their name, job title, department and work area). We also recorded various executive speakers giving a quick congratulations and put those in the video. We then shared the video with our entire organization via our internal intranet newsletter.-------------------------------------------

@Kristy Blasdell I love this idea! Whenever managers can get involved, other people see this. I love this idea. I actually love the idea of suggesting Aspire Journeys to internal employee resource groups the most, and hadn't thought of that before. @Dany Hollingsworth- It has worked really well. They have a structured cohort of about 40 members going through. Everyone has an accountability buddy, because we all know the day gets away from us very easily. Completing a whole journey is a great accomplishment, and most of the cohort is on their way to complete and keeping up with the pace. -------------------------------------------I love this idea.
