How Do You Know if Your Marketing Efforts are Successful?

Some of the work my customers have done is a mix of the above:
- we will look at the data to see pre and post marketing to see if engagement has gone up as well as if it aligned to the particular theme
- pulse surveys on a monthly/quarterly basis often provide a good way to receive feedback and refine the approach
I think more importantly it's making sure that your marketing efforts are aligned to key initiatives/priorities across the business so that our efforts are relevant and meaningful to learners.-------------------------------------------

I am very interested in hearing from Customers what they do to measure the success of their marketing programs. If you have a marketing strategy created, where you touch your audiences on a regular basis, how do you know if the marketing you promoted hit the mark? Do you run usage reports before and after a marketing campaign? Do you reach out to your top learners to ask them if they engaged due to a communication that was sent? Anything else that you do?0 -
I love how you are tying key initiatives and priorities to marketing efforts! That is a great suggestion for all organizations to focus on.Some of the work my customers have done is a mix of the above:
