Skillsoft has two DEI focused Aspire Journeys - Beyond Status Quo and Creating an Inclusive Culture of Trust and Belonging. I am interested in hearing from clients how they are leveraging these journeys. What are companies expecting to get out of them? Do they want all tracks to be taken in the Journey? Are they promoting the journeys to the entire organization or just to certain groups i.e. DEI team, managers, etc.? How are these journeys being positioned? If you have only promoted one, I would still welcome your feedback.
